Course Description
Focus on the various physical and mechanical characteristics of ferrous and nonferrous metals. Welders must be familiar with the metallurgical factors that need to be considered during welding activities. This course presents metal composition, properties, structural steel, and common milled shapes used for fabrication. Corequisites: WLD130 and WLD230.
