The Culinary Hospitality Internship requires 90-hours of practical, professional work experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry selected by the student and program coordinator. Course typically taken in students' final semester. Prerequisite(s): HRM 100; CUL 105 or NTR 105; CUL 130 or CUL 160 or CUL 142.
